About the business
Heatherbrae's Pies bakery has become an institution for travellers and Holiday Makers providing a unique refreshment stop specialising in Premium Quality Pies. Located on the Hume Hwy in the Southern Highlands. Pies and Cakes are made and baked daily by our professional team. The predominantly eat in dining experience is enhanced with a relaxed large alfresco dining area both inside and outside. Enhancing the pie meal is a list of sides eg Crinkle Cut Hot Chips, Mushy Peas and Salads. Heatherbrae's Pies is also famous for our friendly customer service team, quality Australian Grown Coffee and our Traditional Milkshakes.
