The role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and fast paced Store Manager to join their flagship location in Chadstone!
Leading from the front you will coach and develop your staff to create a powerful and successful store history! You will come from a strong fashion background and have a passion for on trend fashion! As you will be managing their flagship store you will be experienced in managing in fast paced environments and thrive in keeping up with their outstanding custom service standards.
Skills and experiences required:
- Strong fashion retail management history
- Ideally a background from on trend/ higher priced brands
- Experience of managing within a fast paced environment
- High level of sales experience
- Have the ability to work in a KPI and Budget focused environment
- The ability to manage medium to high stock volumes and VM comfortably
- You will have worked to a wage budget in the past with rosters
- The skills in recruiting and training your team
- Experience in Performance Management
- You will have a great positive attitude and love people!
