Bergmans Auto Group has a vacancy for a Spare Parts Interpreter & Sales Assistant to join our team located at Rockingham within our fast paced, growing, multi franchise Dealership. This position is available for an immediate start, full time Monday to Friday.

Your main duty will be to provide outstanding service and parts experience to our customers, handling customer enquiries, bookings and feedback.

You will be responsible for the following. This list is not inclusive:

• Handling Customer enquiries.
• Order parts from warehouse and external suppliers.
• Collect, pack, dispatch or deliver ordered parts.
• Accurately process orders for emergency/daily stock orders.
• Receipt and shelve Stock orders daily.
• Participate in stock taking, regularly checking and valuing goods.
• Updating parts in system.
• Front counter sales.
• Trade telephone sales.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in a motor vehicle dealership.
• Parts Interpreter experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly and approachable personality.
• Good understanding of automotive systems.
• Team work skills.
• Professional presentation.
• Excellent computer and administration skills.
• Experience in MS Office Products.
• Excellent time keeping skills.
• Have a great work ethic.
• An ability to multi-task.
• Current manual drivers licence, essential.
