About Us

We are constantly growing on our already-successful business, and due to this growth we are now opening our 110th store in the Warrnambool area. This is an exciting time to join us at our newest store location.

The Role

Available immediately, this casual role will involve training at our Waurn Ponds store before the Warrnambool store opens in mid-August. Ideally, this will be an intensive 2 weeks of training where you will work additional hours. Depending on how your training is structured, we will provide you with any applicable kilometre reimbursement and/or an allowance for accommodation and meals.

The ongoing hours on offer will provide you a minimum of two shifts per fortnight (minimum 3 hours per shift). The working times will be based on the business requirements of the store, which will include being available on weekends.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert professional customer service at all times
  • Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
  • Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
  • Supporting other team members as required to ensure business goals are met
  • Contributing to the overall presentation of the store by ensuring stock is displayed in line with company guidelines, as well as maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment

About You

With a positive attitude, you like working to targets and goals whilst constantly looking for ways to improve your knowledge and skills every day. A great communicator and well presented, you enjoy working in a beautiful work environment and will pitch in to keep things clean and tidy.
