The role:
We are looking for a proven, well experienced professional Area/Regional Manager to join the National leadership Team.Reporting through to the CEO you will drive the performance of both people and profit across 12 stores located in all the best centres across Brisbane and regional Queensland.My client is a proud and passionate family business that just love what they do, and they are very good at it with a history of success spanning many years!
Skills and experiences required:
- A proven successful multi site career to date within the Jewellery sector.
- You would ideally be well practised in the Friedman sales method and enjoy training this is to grow sales success within your region.
- You will be KPI driven with a passion for people, training and developing succession within your region.
- You will be available to work across a diverse challenging geographical region that will involve travel.
- Change management will be your strength, you will have the ability to engage and win the hearts and minds of your teams.
- You will present as a confident and transparent leader, be analytically minded and understand your P&L managing all facets of your operations through your store leaders.
- You will have excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
