The Role
We are seeking a passionate, curious and innovative retail manager to join the Oroton team and lead the team to success. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of retail management including retail operations, recruiting, performance management, training and coaching, and driving sales and KPI's.
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity you must be energetic, passionate and extremely client focused. You will have strong time management skills, a keen eye for detail and proven retail management experience. The successful candidate will be polished, with a strong interest in fashion and in particular with luxury, premium brands.
