At present, Wolf Kanat is looking for an enterprising, sales driven customer service reprsentative to provide an excellent styling experience to our Melbourne clientele.
About the role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager based in HO, the Tailoring Specialist maximises sales through the delivery of exemplary customer service. The Tailoring Specialists achieves this through consistent demonstration of intimate knowledge of the Wolf Kanat story and craftsmanship of our product to provide our clients with outfitting solutions.
The desired candidate will:
- Greet, observe, engage, stye, assist and thank all clients with enthusiasm and consistency, understanding the impact of actions on the customer experience and sales;
- Have a good understanding of customer profiles and use of sales techniques in order to build local customer relationships;
- Actively seeking knowledge and taking personal ownership of achieving and exceeding location KPIs and support all brand promotions and campaigns;
- Have a strong retail awareness, know our competitors general performance and trade activity
- Have a passion for suiting - cuts, fits, fabric compositions and origins, details and trends - and be able to naturally pass on your knowledge to the customer.

Skills and experience
