The School Locker at St Lucia is seeking an enthusiastic retailer who wants to join a fast growing company with ongoing career development and opportunities. 

 The successful applicant must:

• Be highly self-motivated and a results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skill and experience in retail management.  
• Have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a team environment
• Have a high level of sales experience with a proven record of meeting sales targets and budgets
• Have flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Hold a current QLD Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one prior to commencing employment.

 Skills and Experience we require:

• Experience in a customer focused retail business 
• General Technology, Text books, Uniforms, Music, Sport and Footwear product knowledge to support customer queries. 
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Well versed in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Understanding of merchandising, stock rotation and packing shelves

Interest in or experience with Uniforms, Sport or Stationery would be an advantage but not essential.
