We are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join our amazing OPSM Balgowlah team that have natural sales and people skills.

Responsibilities:
- Natural sales and communication skills
- Have natural ability to quickly build rapport with customers
- Passion to help fellow staff and customers
- Provide the highest standard of customer service that enhances the customer's experience
- To achieve and maintain exceptional product and service knowledge and ability to make suitable recommendations to customers
- General store maintenance and merchandising duties
- Willingness for continuous learning and one to one coaching
Successful candidates will have:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fast learner and take initiative
- Demonstrate exceptional sales techniques
- Approachable and friendly individual
- Ability to work as a team
- High level of hygiene and be smartly-professionally dressed
- Must have unlimited work rights in Australia
- Must be able to work at least 5 days a week, including weekends
