About The Role:
Now and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Store Manager to help lead their Watergarden's team. You will of course have a passion for everything fashion related and be ready to bring along your styling skills. Fashion Retail Management experience is a must as you will be a dynamic and inspirational leader who manages all aspects of service to help drive sales along of the Store Manager.
Skills & Experience:
- Managing a team of like minded fashion retailers
- Performance management exposure
- Coaching and developing your team
- Visual merchandising to set store plans
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding customer service standards
- Experience working with and rotating high stock volumes
- Experience of working within fast pace environments
- Rosters and paperwork management
- General housekeeping duties to keep your store looking fantastic
