Due to demand and growth an amazing opportunity awaits for the next group of enthusiastic Customer Care Advisors to join our client; a leader within the contact centre sector based in Burwood (Melbourne - Eastern)

The role will see you take inbound customer enquires from a wide range of customers across the Asia pacific region offering guidance and customer support to their smart devises and services.
Your proven customer service skills and desire to enhance your problem solving and analytical abilities will see you thrive in this vibrant contact centre environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes
- Proven customer service delivery
- Have the ability to build repour via phone
- Have a keen interest in the latest technology
- Have the ability to identify, resolve and analyse customer enquiries
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven phone based customer service experience.
These roles will be commencing on the 16th July will offer you 4 weeks of in-depth training which will enhance your current customer service skills and give you the technical knowledge to support customer enquires. The centre operates Monday through Sunday from 9am to 12 midnight and offers either span of hours between 9-9 or 12-12 onsite parking and secure building access.
