The ideal applicant must demonstrate:
- A proven track record of fashion retail management exceeding
- Ability to empower, mentor and develop their team from the front
- A genuine desire to grow a long term career in retail management
- Fashion passion and love for promoting on trend looks
- Strong attention to detail and results drive for delivering and maximising on sales targets and kpi's
- Previous experience within a high volume retailer.
