There will never be a dull moment in the role of Store Manager with this fast paced, National brand.

Coming from a background of Store Manager in either Large Format or Big Box retail you will bring strong leadership skills to inspire your team to create standout customer experience every day. This will include customer service, merchandising and strong stock control.

You will have the ability to both follow directives and use initiative where necessary to maximise sales opportunities including promotional events.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales and Budget Focus.
• Providing strong customer service standards and product knowledge.
• P&L management including control of expenses.
• High volume stock control and inventory management.
• Providing a safe workplace.
• Team recruitment, training and succession planning.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven success working in a sales focused service environment.
• Ability to lead and manage a large team.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• A keen eye for design.
• Strong communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Sound computer skills.
