Currently we are seeking an experienced Luxury Jewellery Manager & Senior Sales Associate to join renowned national luxury jewellery brand in Perth. 

The Boutique professionals will be responsible for ensuring that the Boutique is a customer focused one, integrating strong sales & exceptional customer service.

 

Reporting to the Retail Manager Australia, responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Working closely with all Boutique staff to increase sales with new and existing clientele
  • Train, mentor & support boutique sales staff to increase sales, provide exceptional customer service & satisfaction. 
  • Ensure all customers' dealings are managed efficiently to the level of service & attention to detail that is required working with a luxury brand
  • Manage the visual merchandising & jewellery displays of the boutique 
  • Manage maintenance of the CRM database, POS systems & sales database 
  • Manage stock control & audits 
  • Managerial reporting as required 

Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:

  • 3+ years luxury sales experience in a similar role ideally from a luxury brand & jewellery background
  • Strong sales motivation with proven experience in building long lasting client relationships with local & international clientele
  • Strong verbal communication & interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional presentation & grooming at all times
  • Manage & lead staff in a transparent & open manner
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft office, Outlook and CRM
  • Knowledge of the jewellery & watch industry essential
