We are seeking a hands on manager who loves to share their passion for the outdoors by engaging customers in a journey and experience!!!


The Role

• Delivering outstanding customer service 
• Training and developing your own team 
• Creating a positive culture in store
• Overseeing all store operations - run your store autonomously!

Duties:

• Keeping up to date with all product knowledge and activities
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and experience
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Working towards and meeting KPI's and targets

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• A love for engaging with customers is a must!
• Experience or passion for the outdoors/sports highly desirable
• The drive to meet sales and KPI's targets and run your own race!
• Passion for people!
• The desire to grow and develop
