We are searching for Beauty Advisor for Myer Sydney City. You will be expected to share late night trade, weekend shifts and will be encouraged to 'flex-up' during peak periods and events.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Sales Development Manager, a day in the life will entail;
* Consulting and selling the Benefit range of cosmetics and skin care
* Conducting mini/full make-up lessons
* Basic sales reporting, merchandising and administrative duties
* Achieving sales and performance goals
* Actively building and maintaining a customer base
Skills and experience
You will have;
* Extensive retail sales experience. Exposure to beauty industry highly regarded.
* Superior customer service skills and selling skills
* Experience as a makeup artist/application
* Self-motivation & the drive to succeed
* Passion & 'fit' for the Benefit Cosmetics unique product range & culture
* Must have a Diploma or Certificate III on Specialised Make-up services
* Minimum 2 years retail experience
The ideal candidate is particularly approachable, has a great sense of humour, dresses to impress and is always the life of the party!

We are looking for Part time position to work 30 hours per week with late night trades, weekend shifts and will be encouraged to 'flex-up' during peak periods and events.
