With over 200 stores and continuing to grow, we are now recruiting a Regional Business Manager to join our New South Wales leadership team.
 
Role 
Based in North Ryde, and reporting to the NSW State Business Manager, you will work closely with the store teams and NSW Retail Management Team. You will be responsible for approximately 12 stores, including 2 flagship stores, located in South East Sydney, Wollongong, Bega & Canberra areas. 
  
An outstanding leader and organiser, you will; deliver growth, maximise sales and profitability, provide your team with a motivating and supportive environment, maintain and increase standards of our customer experience and other areas across your Region. You will constantly drive performance and ensure ongoing training and development of your team. 
               
Our ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive retail management experience in a multi-site retailer, at least medium sized
• Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline would be desirable not essential
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
