Daily Responsibilities

• Assists Installers and Supervisors in the department as necessary. 
• Observes employee performance and paperwork to ensure proper department production procedures and standards are followed. 
• Schedules ,develops, counsels, trains and directs department personnel. Makes recommendations for hiring, promotion and termination to Warehouse Manager. Reviews and approves area timecards. Drafts and participates in presentation of employee performance reviews. 
• Participates in sales, approves product refunds, and register overrides. 
• Implements and upholds safety and security procedures. Follows release procedures on the tire installations to authorize and release.
• Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service. 
• Reviews department sales and productivity figures. 
• Develops and implements sales and merchandising plan for department. 
• Coordinates proper maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment and implements. 

Experience

Management, customer service, employee relations or comparable experience.

Computer Skills 

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel,Word) and AS400

Licenses and Certification 

Hazardous Materials Training - Module 1

Other Skills and Abilities 

Good communication, strong interpersonal, organisation,problem solving and basic math skills
