We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional retail manager who is ready to take their career to the next level as our Manager In Training at the Greenhills Boutique. You will have the skills in leading a strong, established and fun loving team, all whilst providing an exceptional in store experience for your clientele. This role will involve retail management and operational duties with the continuous support and development to progress to Store Manager.
About you:
- 2+ yrs retail management experience essential
- Drive sales and KPI's
- Excellent team focus with a strong background in coaching
