This is a key role supporting the growing Tigerlily brand at Sydney City! The role of a Tigerlily Retail Assistant is to support store management to achieve sales and KPI targets, while providing outstanding individual customer service and exceeding in your own KPI’s.
  
ABOUT THE BRAND

THE ROLE
In this role your responsibilities will include:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to encourage new and returning customers
  • Ensure personal and team presentation is in line with Tigerlily standards to uphold brand reputation
  • Ensure that the store is presented in line with Visual Merchandising expectations to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer experience
  • Comply with all stock control policies & procedures, conducting stocktakes, identifying discrepancies and maintaining stock levels to facilitate timely customer service
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S Legislation, Loss Prevention and Security Policies and Procedures to minimise risk and maintain a safe working environment
  • Personify the Tigerlily Ethos of being Authentic, Honest and Inspiring
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results 
  • A passion for our brand and understanding of what it represents to our customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a range of team members and customers
  • Excellent time and personal management skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Solid computer skills
