Store Managers:
Key Responsibilities Include
- Achieving Store Sales Targets, stock integrity and managing costs
- Leading their team by example
- Driving High Motivation Passion and FUN in store
- Ensuring the company's policies and procedures are fully adhered to
- Onboarding and Ongoing training of team members
- Responsible for ensuring WHS standards are upheld
- Vape product knowledge is desirable but not essential
What we are looking for
You are an established successful leader with minimum tenure of 2 years of retail management experience. You are required to have strong values, high levels of energy and a commitment to delivering high quality customer service that encourages loyalty. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for learning and are keen to be part of our fun, vibrant and successful teams.
The successful applicant will also have
- A passion for leading and coaching others
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- Previous management and retail experience
- High Visual Merchandising Standards
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
- Competent in basic administration tasks
