Morgans Supermarkets are seeking a Liquor Manager for one of its family owned group of six large supermarkets located at Delahey, Melton, Sunbury, Gisborne, Meadow Heights and West Sunshine. We are dedicated to store upgrades, team development, training and have a view to expand.
The focus of this role is to assist the Store Manager to present the store, manage stock, administration, team member coaching, safety and most importantly customer service.
To be successful in this role you will be required to possess proven experience in the liquor retail industry, basic wine knowledge, a great attitude and enjoy communicating with customers. You will be physically capable for a demanding role and be able to think quickly on your feet. Previous roles with merchandising experience will also assist your application.
This role is suited to a committed person looking for a long-term career with potential to progress to store management. This position is a part time role that offers flexible rostering.
