PANDORA are embarking on an exciting new journey and we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to become part of the pride and join us in opening a brand new store in Coomera. For PANDORA Store Managers are the heart of their store, responsible for cultivating a high-performing and caring culture. In addition, this particular Store Manager will be given an opportunity to train and lead a brand new team to success within the PANDORA family.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage rosters in line with our budgets
- Oversee Visual Merchandising
- Maintain staff training and development
- Cultivate a high-performing and caring culture
- Responsible for stock control
- Accountable for all store related activities
Skills and experience
- Proven track record of managing Retail Assistants
- Sound sales experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience managing rosters
- Flexibility with rosters – be available to be roster on to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster that may include weekends and evenings
- Bilingual would be advantageous
