About The Role
As the Deli Manager you will be directly responsible for the profitability of your department. You must have a strong commercial awareness of the seasonal and local trends and be able to order accordingly to ensure wastage is kept to a minimum. You must lead by example whilst training and developing your team to have superior product knowledge and excellent customer service.

Skills & Experience
• Deli Department Manager
• Commercial awareness of seasonal and local trends
• Create and grow business opportunities for catering
• Maintain strong relationships with local & national suppliers
• Forward thinking and able to quickly adapt to any changes that may effect product availability
• Strong business acumen - Ability to analyse a P&L
• Ability to create attention grabbing store displays & catering platters
• Strong team leadership & training skills
• Management of teams 5+
