A fantastic opportunity exists for a motivated, passionate and sales focused Regional Sales Manager in Queensland to join our Retail Management team.

This is a key senior management role for the business, responsible for maximising sales and driving effective retail operations for our Queensland region working from Brisbane through to Rockhampton. This position reports to the director of the business, CFO and the National Sales Manager.

    Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years managing a multi-site environment
  • Extensive retail management experience in a multi-site retailer
  • Excellent communication, analytical and strong leadership skills
  • Highly motivated and results focused
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proven experience in the successful management and development of people.
  • Developed PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Tertiary qualifications in a retail or business discipline is desirable, not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing in-store teams; management of up to 20 stores
  • Driving projected sales & KPI's to reach and exceed company profitability targets
  • Wage percentage goals
  • Conducting stocktakes
  • People development goals and visual merchandising within your area to deliver a profitable outcome for the business
  • Ensure consistent appearance; policies and procedures are followed by all stores
  • Recruitment, Training and development of store teams

This senior appointment will require a candidate with drive, dedication, commitment, and business acumen, to manage and support the company's business goals for our portfolio of Queensland stores.
