The Role:

We currently have an exciting Field Sales Support Representative / Merchandiser role available for a dedicated & enthusiastic individual to service our existing customer base in Sydney/Central Coast/ Hunter Region. The role will be diverse, ranging from:

• Field support for the existing customer base
• Merchandising & ensuring the brands are well positioned & represented at shop level
• Liaising with administration & ensuring all market information is relayed back to the management team
• Control all product warranty matters, ensuring they are resolved timeously & customers are kept up to date throughout the warranty process.
• Generating & compiling quarterly sales figures in Excel for the Sales Manager

You will need to be a good communicator & have a high level of drive & initiative, as well as the ability to see merchandising opportunities. As a Field Sales Support Representative, you will build & maintain quality relationships with relevant store personnel / owners & be able to provide excellent customer service through the execution of marketing activity & maintaining compliance.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Ideally some merchandising & field experience

Strong customer service skills

Ability to be adaptable, agile & a problem solver

Accountability - but with an easy-going personality

Take pride in your work

Good communication skills & enjoy interacting with people at all levels

Qualifications & experience:

Some retail experience / sales qualifications will be an advantage

Must have a sound knowledge of MS Office & Excel
