Opportunity Overview
The role of a Makeup Artist will mean more than just being a sales person, it means being a true beauty ambassador. You will be responsible for helping us achieve our global ambition of embracing all customer’s diverse beauty needs and desires by providing “Beauty for all” our customers.
We have opportunities available for Makeup Artists to join our Luxury Brands across various locations in Sydney, brands include Giorgio Armani, Shu Uemura, Lancome and YSL. These are permanent positions offering various hours.
A Day in the Life of a Luxury Make-up Artist
Are you beauty obsessed? Do you want a career that will allow you to express your creativity?
These roles are all about personality and creativity! As a Luxury Make-up Artist you will not only expertly recommend and inspire customers with our Make-up products but you will also get to work with our wide range of Skin care products and fragrances!
As an experienced and passionate Make-up Artist, you will also have the opportunity to do what you love whilst working with professional, like-minded beauty fanatics at our luxurious department store counters. On counter, you can expect to promote awareness of all Luxury products, build a strong customer base and make appropriate recommendations to all of your customers. You will also get the chance to drive and contribute to in-store events.
As a passionate Make-up Artist, you are excited to coach, motivate and assist in product knowledge & development of the team of Beauty Advisors within the counter. Experience of meeting KPI’s and targets is essential and this is where your time management and attention to detail skills will come in.
In order to ensure you are successful and reach your full potential, it is desirable that you display the following;
- Qualifications within Make-up Artistry or similar
- Strong professional experience within Make-up Artistry
*Due to the nature of this position, you must be available to travel and work flexible hours.
