We have an opportunity in our Perth region, for an experienced, successful and driven Senior Store Business Manager. As a Senior Store Manager your role will be to lead high level delivery of retail execution in your own store, inclusive of;
- Establish and deliver a 100% customer focused retail environment consistently
- Build a strong cohesive management and team focused culture, to service both our in house and external customers
- Effectively lead a business through delivery of key operational and financial targets inc of P&L, Budgets, OHS, Service, Culture
- Drive and deliver top performing store for performance and standard execution,
- Continuously reviewing strategies and ideas on how to effectively reach store and business goals
- Coach & mentor a select group of WA Store’s on best practises for team, service and business goals
- Frontline management on developing an exceptional service experience for our customers and team alike
What are we seeking in our next successful Senior Store Business Manager?
This opportunity is one of which will offer, diversity, challenges and growth, so we are seeking the following skills/attributes;
- Experienced senior retail manager with exposure within large Format or Multi-site Management
- A retailer with strong business acumen, success in reaching goals through operational execution & delivering great service
- A retailer with experience in fast paced environments, displaying skills across flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building cultures that display positivity, cohesiveness and strong team engagement
- A leader who displays attributes of resilience, commitment & focus
- Ability to think outside the box & support development for our overall WA Leadership team
