We're a youthful menswear brand looking for FLAGSHIP Store Manager to be based in our Highpoint store. This store breeds Area Manager's and we are looking for someone who is ready to further their career with a retailer that's passionate about developing their people. Is it you?

Apply if you have:

• A genuine love for styling and sales coaching
• Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment
• KPI driven and have previously worked within an Outlet centre environment
• Worked within large stock turn environment and demonstrated the ability to manage operations
• Recruiting your own team that work alongside you to deliver results
• Competitive spirit & motivated by team development
• Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers
• Great time management & able to prioritize and multi-task
• Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development.
• Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community
• Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results
