Concession Store Manager - Iconic women’s plus size label
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic & fashion loving manager to take the reins of this successful business and drive sales and customer experience to new heights.
As a manager and leader within your own business you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of your store and staff whilst ensuring an optimum level of experience & service for the customer.
You will continuously inspire, empower and excite your team with your in depth retail knowledge, experience and skills whilst ensuring they are consistently achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve all KPI’s - including sales and gross profit targets
- Provide outstanding leadership, training and coaching to all team members
- Create an inspiring in-store environment that provides exceptional customer service and a consistent repeat customer base
- Adopt visual merchandising and store presentation standards in line with company guide lines
- Build a strong VIP client base
- Provide consistent feedback to head office on product range and opportunities
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years of store management experience
- Experience managing a team of at least 2 staff
- Proven success exceeding KPI’s within a retail store environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- An absolute passion for fashion and retail with a great sense of personal style and presentation
