Retail Site Manager
Trinity Petroleum Services Pty Ltd is a locally operated company with 17 Fuel & Convenience Retail outlets in Northern Queensland. We have a Retail Site Manager position available for one of our 24HR service stations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys motivating and inspiring others, with a passion for high level customer service and personalising the shopping experience. It is essential that you are available to work across store trading hours, including weekends. This role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of stock, therefore you must be physically capable of undertaking heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.
Previous Management experience is essential.
As a Retail Site Manager you will be responsible for:
•Overseeing all daily operations of a busy and complex fuel business
•Merchandising, marketing and stock management
•Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and motivation
•Volume cash handling and reconciliations
•Food management supervision
•Hygiene & presentation standards are met and exceeded
•Meeting assigned budgets and KPIs

•Demonstrated ability to manage a small business successfully

•Ability to manoeuvre heavy objects (lift up to 18kgs)
