F.Mayer Imports Pty Ltd have a long standing relationship with Sanpellegrino, together we are distributors of Sparkling natural water and fruit beverages. Sanpellegrino mineral water has been produced for over 600 years. With our prestigious client base and aggressive year on year growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, driven and reliable individual to join our friendly and dynamic team in this challenging role.
We are looking for a team member that is passionate about retail and delivering outstanding results!
In this role your responsibilities will include:
- Merchandise stock as per client directives.
- Create promotional point of sale displays.
- Attend and actively participate in events including trade fairs, industry exhibitions, product demonstrations and customer training programs.
- Maintain a regular call and visit cycle to maximize sales.
- Actively seek to broaden product sales / orders of customers.
- Building credible and trusting relationships with internal and external stake holders
- Occasionally travelling to domestic destinations for training, customer assistance and meetings
We will be specifically requiring the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Minimum 1yrs merchandising experience.
- Strong energy and desire to achieve
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and reliability to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
It would be advantageous if you also have previous experience in the food industry, HACCP knowledge and tertiary qualifications in sales or marketing.
