- Come from a retail sales background
- A history in Managing a reatail team
- Have a proven history in driving sales and KPI's
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
The Role;
- Lead, motivate and mentor team members
- Drive sales and build long term relationships
- Take a hands on approach to VM, stock management and loss prevention
- Report to and assist the Store Manager
