Globally, the Ralph Lauren Corporation is a leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products across four categories: apparel, home, accessories and fragrances. In Australia, we have recently transitioned from a licensing arrangement and are building our foothold as we continue to grow in this market.

We are looking for switched on and dynamic sales professionals to join our brand new store opening at Perth DFO! As a Sales Associate you will excel in providing customers with exceptional sales support and service and truly make a difference as you bring the brand to life in your store.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and retail support
• Assist clients with their selection of merchandise
• Develop strong commercial relationships with clients
• Responsible for collectively achieving and exceeding store sales targets
• Partner with store management to achieve the overall retail strategy for your store
• Support store operations including visual merchandising, stock control and BoH processes

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years experience in a retail environment is mandatory; prior factory outlet experience will be considered advantageous
• Enjoys working as part of a larger team, being cooperative and supporting fellow members
• Is confident and comfortable to make autonomous decisions, when required
• Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business
• Possess a keen interest in fashion with an understanding of current trends and competition

Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of week days and weekends.
