We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and mature Retail Sales Consultant / Art Consultant with a passion for art with a proven sales experience in our Chadstone showroom. 

We are looking for an experienced and mature sales consultant to join our team on part time or casual basis in our busy Chadstone Shopping Centre gallery. This role is suitable for a mature candidate looking for long term employment, who is able to work 3-4 days per week, with flexible availability during the week and weekends.

What you will bring:

1) Extensive experience in high- end retail sales in luxury, fashion, art, design / interior consulting or products requiring explanation.

2) Experience and proven track record in self-motivation in achieving store and individual sales, budgets and KPIs. 

3) Excellent sales and communication skills, loyalty and a proactive work ethic.

4) High degree of engagement and the willingness to familiarise with your new environment.

5) Your passion about addressing different customers in an elegant manner, in both verbal and written manner. 

6) A result-oriented way of working, an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a hands-on attitude, as well being a sales ambassador for the brand and company as a whole.

Weekend, longer trading hours and holiday availability is a must. 

You will be reporting to the Gallery Manager.
