About the Role
We are currently seeking Full time Sales Associates with a strong customer service to join our Westfield Sydney Flagship Store and concession team at TOD'S David Jones Elizabeth Street.
This position requires offering clients exquisite luxury customer experience. Our daily mission is to establish rapport with our customers through educating them on the quality and style of our products. You will be creating a privileged experience by ensuring the highest professional standards in:
- Product presentation, handling every product with care and in an elegant manner
- Customer service, including shoe fitting and advising customers on international fashion trends
- Supporting the store visual merchandising to ensure our product is displayed according to company standards
Skills & experience required
The ideal candidate will be someone who:
- Must be sales driven and yet a strong team player
- Must be passionate about our brand and a career in luxury fashion
- Must be committed to provide the highest standard of customer service and to develop a strong client base
- Must be willing to learn and has the can-do attitude
- Has a professional attitude and high motivation
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Has excellent manners and is immaculately presented
- Has exceptional language skills: must be fluent in English
- Has availability to work over 7-day rotating roster
