As Area Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our existing successful team and be responsible for the face-to-face and remote management of a team of Brand Advocates across Australia.

As the team's first point of contact, you will need to be able to effectively coach, mentor and develop your team in achieving KPI compliance as well as being able to resolve any issues they are facing in field.

We want a proactive individual, who takes responsibility for making sure that they are across everything. Leading from the front - planning and organisation will be second nature to you. 

You will be territory planning and ensuring that 100% of visitation is achieved each month as well as the deployment of monthly cycle activities. Ultimately you are responsible for field planning, organisation, delegation and reporting requirements with your team.
  
  
About you
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will join a friendly, diverse team of high calibre professionals based in our St Leonards office. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring team members 
• Co ordinating and directing field personnel
• Strong interpersonal and highly developed communication skills
• Monitoring compliance standards set by the client
• Ensuring proactive training in field
• Planning and scoping travel activities to ensure works to budget 

  
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate: 

• People Management and Leadership skills
• Experience managing a remote team
• Ability to work in a fluid work environment
• Technology savvy. Confident excel user - Pivot and Vlookups
• Capacity to travel nationally at least 1 time per month
• Own vehicle and unrestricted Australian Driver's License
