An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven Cluster Manager to lead and inspire our Myer & David Jones concession sites in the Bondi Junction Area. Based in the sites, this will be an exciting and fast paced role that requires dedication and determination to achieve success. You will need to roll up your sleeves and be hands on across all aspects of our businesses, lead our teams by example and take your cluster to the next level.


As a Cluster Manager, you will show strong leadership and results driven traits, be highly motivated and have excellent people management skills. A strong background in fashion retail will be a must!


Key Responsibilities in this role include:

• Multi site management across 3 concessions
• Driving sales culture throughout sites and teams
• Managing sales, wages and shrinkage targets for their Cluster
• Effectively leading, managing and developing multiple sites and teams
• Implementing and maintaining our high customer service standards
• Analysing and managing stock levels to maximise sales
• Effectively preparing and analysing rosters that are costed to achieve targets
• Manage all aspects of retail operations within their Cluster
• Implementing and maintaining our Visual Merchandising Guidelines

• Previous experience in retail fashion apparel
• Multi site management preferred but not necessary
• Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong problem solving skills
• Be highly motivated and self-driven
