About the business and the role
The Essential Ingredient Newcastle is a premier food and cookware franchise located in The Junction. Our business operates 7 days per week, has a delicatessen and cooking school.
We are looking for an experienced retailer who is passionate about food, experience in kitchenware preferred. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, merchandising experience and an outgoing personality to join our fabulous and passionate team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This role is a primarily a role in retail. It involves and requires a high level of customer service, support and sales, merchandising and general retail duties.
Skills and experience
While food knowledge and experience would be highly regarded, we require someone with extensive retail experience and high customer service skills. We require demonstrated ability to work in a team.
