The Role
As a result of new stores opening, we are looking for the right person to assist in driving the success of our stores, whilst further developing their leadership skills.
We offer an opportunity to engage with a close knit team who are working together to achieve a common goal.
This role supports the Store Manager, as well as the Assistant Manager, in all aspects of managing the store such as inspiring the team to drive sales, achieving outstanding financial results and delivering a fabulous experience for our customer every time they visit our store.
This is a role that will see you:
- Engaging with your team to continually develop their skill set
- Establishing strong relationships with your client base
- Working with the management team to drive outcomes in the business
- Offering constructive feedback to Area Managers around the business and product
- Refining your retail skills to establish your career
