Our client is one of Europe’s MOST exciting brands and a LEADER in the fashion industry and they are seeking a Floor Manager to help and assist the Store Manager with the ins and outs of their brand new Brisbane store!

What we are looking for:

As the Floor manager you will have prior experience in creating a great team environment, to coach, develop and motivate your team, to deliver great results and drive sales and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Reporting to the store manager you will have accountability for all store operations, leading a large management team and a large customer service/ sales team.

To be successful for this role you will have:

• Minimum of 2 years Management experience (preferable prior retail Store management experience)
• Ability to provide leadership, motivate and develop staff. Exceptional customer service- and interpersonal skills
• A strong fashion consciousness
• Proven organizational and analytical skills
• Strong merchandising skills and the ability to drive business
• Able to work strategically, tactically and operationally
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, such as data entry are needed
