We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate for our FLORSHEIM RUNDLE PLACE store.  We are looking for sales motivated, vibrant and flexible team members with a mature 'can-do!' attitude to join us for an immediate start!   Must be available to work retail hours including nights and weekends, and also be willing to be flexible as needed during busy trading periods or to cover for leave. We have a position available - approximately 19 hrs per week including Mon/Tues/Frid and any additional coverage as required

We are now a contemporary unisex footwear brand offering quality and style to both Men & Women.  We are well established with 31 Retail stores nationally and this is an excellent opportunity for a capable, engaged and mature-minded individual to join us in our store in Emporium Melbourne - a luxury shopping centre with the largest designer precinct all in the hear of the CBD.

CASUAL
RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE
Approx. 19 Hrs. / Per Week

This opportunity would be ideally suited to an experienced Fashion retail professional who is energetic & motivated to drive sales with a mature and positive approach.  We are looking for an experienced team member who excels at customer service and retail operations.  Candidates should be capable of assisting with the various day-to-day tasks of our stores such as sales, customer liaison, banking, inventory integrity, stock work & visual merchandising.  The successful candidate will be ready, willing and able to work as a part of the team and can offer exceptional customer experiences as well as exceed sales targets with high motivation!

The successful candidates will:

• Have enthusiastic customer-centric attitudes
• Have the ability to drive sales and work autonomously 
• Be able to work retail nights and weekends regularly as needed
• Love to sell Fashion and promote high quality products and accessories in Men's and Women's
• Strive to achieve all Store and Company KPI's, Targets and Sales Goals.
• Thrive on operating within a Quality Retail environment

What we are looking for?

• You will have previous Retail Fashion experience
• You will be mature-minded, able to work autonomously and able to take initiative while working within Company Policies & Procedures
• You will be willing and available to work as needed within a shared set roster
• You will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• You will consistently provide exceptional customer service
• You will be 100% Reliable, Flexible, Punctual and Professionally Presented at all times

A good understanding of Men's and Women's Fashion and Footwear would be a definite advantage in securing this role but is not mandatory.  What is essential however, is being able to fit in with your team and being 100% reliable and motivated to succeed!
