You will head up the Prouds Shepparton store with a strong focus on success through your leadership and management operations for the growth of the store. You will be vital to inspiring and leading by example a high achieving team that is knowledgeable and provides customer service that is second-to-none.
The duties you will need to demonstrate are:
- Giving customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe
- Being hands-on in building and growing successful and inspiring teams
- Selling with a professional edge that gets results
- Going above & beyond to identify ways to further advance your store
- Working collaboratively with the team and Assistant Store Manager to set and meet KPI's
- Being accountable & autonomous to drive sales and ways to improve efficiency and service
- You understand profit and loss accounts and business administration ability
- Proven wage control results by minimising costs through effective rostering
- Maintaining shrinkage
- Effective & trusted communication across team
- Using your creative side to merchandise
Preferably you will have a management background in the jewellery industry but above all else you will be a star leader that can step in and drive the store ahead.
