ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced retail sales assistant, who are able to complement their passion in providing an outstanding customer service with their love for photography, willing to go the extra mile, eager to progress their retail career.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide advice and assistance to our customers using your extensive knowledge or experience in photography.
- Be energetic and passionate to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Be confident in understating customers’ needs and wants to provide a professional service and advice.
- Able to build rapport with customers and recommend ideas in demonstrating your supporting sales care .
- Use your proven knowledge and experience to manage the point-of-sale processes.
- Demonstrate confidence in digital technology with the ability to accurately describe their features and benefits.
- Be confident in working independently and as part of a team.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Similar of at least 2+ retail sales experience in digital media, photographic equipment, or consumer technology.
- Proven experience in demonstrating excellent knowledge in photography.
- Have a passion for customer service and enthusiasm to improve the customer service experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and achieving store sales KPIs.
