We're currently looking for a passionate, experienced and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to assist in leading the team in our Mildura store. This is a rare opportunity!
Managing an intimate and highly motivated team, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the store, team development, local area marketing and most importantly; being the face of the store. Retail experience is essential with a passion for both the industry / visual merchandising and representing the Early Settler brand!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
- Engaging with our customers, assisting them to find that perfect piece!
- Actively contributing to the sales performance of the store
- Maintaining the presentation of our showroom
- Embracing and maintaining our positive, passionate and energetic culture
Leading applicants will:
- Demonstrate previous leadership experience
- Have great rapport building skills and be genuinely interested in developing people
- Be a proactive and driven individual and enjoy working as part of a small team
- Be physically capable of working in a fast-pace sales environment
