Early Settler is a national retailer of furniture, renovator items and homewares. We're on a mission to help all our customers feel at home. Our showrooms are a haven for homemakers, focusing on all the things that make "home" special, with an approach that inspires and delights.
Due to continued growth, we're currently looking for a passionate, experienced and customer-focused salesperson to help us achieve this mission in our beautiful showroom in Bendigo on a casual basis. A passion for retail and representing the Early Settler brand is a must!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with our customers, assisting them to find that perfect piece!
- Actively contributing to the sales performance of the store
- Maintaining the presentation of our showroom
- Embracing and maintaining our positive, passionate and energetic culture
Leading applicants will:
- Demonstrate previous customer service experience, preferably in the retail industry
- Have great interpersonal skills
- Be a proactive and driven individual and enjoy working as part of a team
- Be phyically capable of working in a fast-pace sales environment
- Have the flexibility and reliability to work across a 7 day roster including weekends
