The role
We currently have an exciting vacancy for a Full-Time Store Manager to join and manage our multi brand (Calvin Klein and Swatch) store located at DFO South Warf.
The successful candidate will possess demonstrated retail management and leadership experience, be well presented and demonstrate high levels of brand passion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets / goals / objectives
- Communicate targets / budgets to all staff members
- Motivate staff by providing training to increase their selling expertise
- Liaise with HR for recruitment of store staff
- Conduct performance reviews and handle performance issue with the view of resolving them.
- Handle elevated customer complaints
- Conduct regular product training for all staff
- Conduct ongoing training and coaching to ensure staff's sales skills are of the highest standard
- Receive stock and conduct stocktake
- Define roster and payroll
- Undertake reporting
- Direct open and close of the store
Skills and experience
- A strong sales focus and drive to achieve above and beyond targets
- Experience in store management and leadership
- Experience with rostering, staff management and other day to day operations
- An eye for detail
- Stock Management
- Visual Merchandising skills
- Experience in developing customer relationships
- Exceptional levels of customer service
- A professional and hands-on attitude
- Passion and enthusiasm for watches and/or fashion
