The role

You will be the face of Bupa for our members and the community. As a dynamic leader, you will provide day-to-day management of a retail store team and maintain a superior Sales and Service ethos within the retail environment.

Specifically, you will drive and support the achievement of the retail store's business objectives, sales, retention, customer satisfaction, and quality and productivity targets through proactive and sophisticated means (e.g. new store technologies and services, new ways of working and health partner initiatives). Alongside this, you will be responsible for leading your people, developing authentic and genuine environments for them to grow and setting an example for extraordinary performance.

We are actively growing our business within the NSW region, therefore you will be comfortable with the mobile business development aspect of the role.  Ideally travelling around the region 1 -2 days per week displaying your natural flair to build capabilities in this area, by conducting fact to face appointments, with new and existing customers.

Your background

You are a proactive, passionate sales leader with a proven track record of target overachievement. Your sales capabilities are backed by a commitment to service excellence, and your leadership skills immediately your people at ease. With a genuine team-player mentality, you thrive in a close-knit retail branch environment, and colleagues often comment that your enthusiasm and positivity are contagious.

You will have:

• Excellent working knowledge of managing retail orientated business.

• Strong leadership, communication (written & oral), people management and team development skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to network at all levels of business

• Proven sales skills & ability to increase conversion.

• Strong customer service skills, with able to manage difficult customers effectively

• Able to master a complex, fast changing environment

This role will require the successful applicant to visit various sites so it is a key requirement that you have current and unrestricted Drivers Licence and own transport.
