We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who has a passion for people, providing a great customer experience and of course, shoes. To be successful in this role, you must be motivated by driving sales and managing a team to deliver excellence. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise your stores performance.
Leading a store, you will be responsible for supporting end to end store operations with your responsibilities including customer service, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting just to name a few.
As the ideal candidate, you will possess the following:
- Minimum two years' retail experience as a store manager of a fashion brand or homewares
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience meeting & exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Excellent communication
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- A passion for retail and providing a memorable customer experience
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team
- Recruitment and training skills
