The Scaffidi Group manages pharmacies around Australia and are now seeking expressions of interest for Assistant Retail Manager roles for stores in the Adelaide Metropolitan area.
About the Role:
You will be a key support to the Retail Manager, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the store and the provision of an exceptional customer experience at all times.
This will include:
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience through your hands-on and inspiring leadership style.
- Using your flair for visual merchandising to create appealing displays, execute marketing campaigns, maximise sales and grow our customer loyalty program, Sister Club.
- Support the Retail Manager in supervising a team of Pharmacy assistants and complete opening and/or closing procedures.
- Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management and administration and business financial reporting needs.
This role has the potential to lead to future Retail Management opportunities for proven performers.
About You:
Our ideal applicant will possess the following:
- Previous experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment - essential
- Previous experience working as Pharmacy Assistant is preferred
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy - highly regarded
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience working with and achieving budgets and KPI's
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership as required
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills including operating POS system
- A desire to continually grow and develop your career within retail pharmacy
- A passion for retail, particularly beauty, health and wellbeing
- Availability and flexibility to work across a 7 day roster, including evenings until 9pm
